Clothing should be breathable, light and flexible.
The trunk protection must be done with a t-shirt + light sweater and a jacket to enter and leave the room.
Keep protecting your torso during changes in body temperature during and after class.
A Yoga mat (sponge, cork or rubber) or a floor mat is mandatory, preferably non-slip.
A comfortable blanket to use for relaxation.
Additional option: Support blocks.
Do not eat food 1-2 hours beforehand;
Arrive 10m in advance;
Turn off your cell phone;
Avoid props (watches, bracelets, necklaces, etc.);
Do not drink water during practice;
Do not eat within 30m after class,
increased concentration and productivity ;
feeling of relaxation and well-being;
reduction of stress and anxiety;
stillness and acceptance.
